Hi - I'm Nicole, and I'm passionate about the MindBody connection and the synergy of neuroscience and psychology. I specialise in simplifying complex science to provide education and practical tools for harnessing the innate MindBody potential for peak performance and joy.

As a certified meditation teacher, educator, and founder of Momi Method and 10 Essential Elements of Wellbeing©, I bring a holistic approach to well-being. My journey began in the corporate world, grounded in Melbourne and Sydney, where I personally experienced the transformative power of the MindBody connection. Through daily meditation practice, I healed myself from post-natal depletion, anxiety, and autoimmune diseases, revealing the incredible potential of ancient meditation techniques made accessible in today's modern mind (full story).

My mission is to guide individuals in discovering joy and clarity by harnessing their innate MindBody connection. My distinctive approach sharpens focus, enhances cognitive abilities, and nurtures emotional intelligence through meditation, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices. These transformative techniques not only reset the nervous system and alleviate stress, anxiety, and fatigue but also kindle self-actualization and well-being. My passion extends to collaborating with diverse clients and partnering with forward-thinking workplaces to cultivate vibrant, high-performance teams.

Based at MindTree Psychology on Queensland’s Gold Coast, I offer tailored in-person and online services to individuals, businesses, and NDIS participants, providing accessible and effective well-being solutions.
