You can listen to all the podcasts, read every spiritual book, Google until your heart is content or even read the FAQ’s on this website, but I guarantee, until you physically give this easy meditation practice a try, you will never, ever know how the incredible benefits will transform your life.
The reasons for learning meditation are many and varied. By enabling us to access a state that is so physiologically and neurologically profound, ALL systems (mind, spirit, body and nervous system) can begin transforming and healing themselves from the everyday effects of modern living.
When a person begins to regularly practice meditation, a natural expansion of consciousness and self-observation occurs. They will often find themselves living more aligned to their values, releasing anything that is no longer relevant or serves them.
It’s almost as if they are being introduced to themselves in the confines of their own mind, where they discover or rediscover parts of themselves they have long forgotten or never recognised before. Sounds pretty exciting to me!
