Learn to Meditate Experience Course

Discover the transformative power of the Momi Method in a comprehensive 3-session course designed for adults (13+). This isn’t just about reducing stress and improving sleep—it’s about learning to respond, not react and cultivating a deeper, more connected way of living.

Course Structure:

  • Session 1 (2 hrs): Understanding Your Stress Response & Mantra Meditation
    Discover the science of the stress response (fight-or-flight) and the powerful mind-body connection. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape your biological well-being. You’ll receive your personal mantra and learn the daily practice of silent mantra meditation. Sitting comfortably with eyes closed, you’ll experience how effortlessly the mind can settle into a state of deep rest and renewal.

  • Session 2 (90 mins): Breathwork, Neuroscience & Balancing Techniques
    Over the next days, we’ll dive deeper into breathwork practices to calm and balance your nervous system. You’ll learn about neuroplasticity—how to create new neural pathways that support your wellbeing and performance. We’ll explore connecting with your authentic self, becoming a high-performer, and understanding why your thoughts are not the enemy.

  • Session 3 (90 mins): Integration & Building Your Daily Practice
    The final session focuses on integrating your meditation practice into your daily life. We’ll discuss strategies to establish and prioritise a sustainable routine, ensuring you are self-sufficient and confident in using your mantra meditation.

Immersive Weekend Workshops

Looking for a more immersive learning experience? Occasionally, I host a Weekend Learn to Meditate Course—perfect for parents or those who work during the week. This 2-day immersive workshop condenses all the teachings and experiences into a single, focused weekend, allowing you to dive deep into the Momi Method. Held at MindTree Psychology in Mermaid Beach, this intimate workshop is limited to 4 participants to ensure a personalised experience.

You have seventy-two blocks of 20mins per day - what are you doing with them?  You can practice in your bedroom, on the commute to work, on a plane…anywhere. There’s no need for a ‘quiet’ mind or even sit perfectly still - all you need is a willingness to give this technique a go.

As long as you're not controlling, focusing or trying to have a particular experience you're practising this technique correctly. Honestly, you don’t need to do anything, the mantra does it for you.

Over our lifetime, we absorb layers upon layers of stress in our bodies which prevent us from being fully happy, creative and healthy.

Meditation effortlessly removes these stress layers and allows us to live life to our full potential.

Scientific studies (measure the grey matter of the brain) have found that meditation floods the brain with dopamine & serotonin, it helps heal depression and anxiety about as effectively as anti-depressants!

One of the best outcomes of this form of meditation is that you’ll find non-relevant desires drop away. Many students have said their desire for more money, power and material objects (cars, clothes, nicer house) fades, their inner critic becomes softer and the yearning for addictive substances (coffee, alcohol, drugs) subsides.

You don’t need to be spiritual or have any special talent. You go inward and feel yourself navigating life with a strong sense of intuition.

This means you’re easily able to make decisions and acquire knowledge, guided by something that isn’t intellect or reason.
