Since 2019, Nicole has been providing Capacity Building Support, with a focus on inclusivity and ensuring that individuals with disabilities have meaningful access to growth opportunities.
Nicole’s approach is centred on the principles of choice, control, and respect, tailored to the unique needs of each participant. Through interactive and welcoming sessions, Nicole offers a range of evidence-based strategies including breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, all designed to align with individual plan objectives and promote MindBody wellbeing.
The sessions are crafted to support NDIS Participants in achieving the goals outlined in their plans, with an emphasis on fostering independence. Whether the aim is to enhance daily living skills, support a return to work, increase community participation, or improve overall health and wellbeing, Nicole’s services are flexible and adaptable to a variety of needs.
Nicole’s approach is inclusive and accessible to individuals with a broad spectrum of disabilities, and her sessions are designed to be non-reliant on equipment or physical movement. Participants are encouraged to engage in ways that feel most comfortable, whether seated or walking outdoors, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate and benefit from a personalised, empowering experience.

Nicole collaborates closely with support teams, therapy service providers, and support coordinators to ensure the best possible outcomes for each participant.
Investment
Nicole provides a comprehensive, personalised service for all clients, including NDIS participants, at an hourly rate of $150 AUD. This rate ensures a high level of care and tailored support, whether you are an NDIS participant or not.
The process begins with an initial session, during which Nicole will work closely with you to understand your specific needs and goals. Based on this understanding, she will create a customised program and Service Agreement, ensuring the plan aligns with your individual objectives.
Sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, depending on needs and preferences.
Location
Starting in September 2024, Nicole will offer all sessions online, transitioning from the previous in-clinic setting at MindTree Psychology in Mermaid Beach.
