Walk Mindfully In Nature To Awaken + Unite The Senses. ⠀
We can train ourselves to walk with reverence. ⠀
Each mindful breath, each mindful step, reminds us that we are alive on this beautiful planet and our place and impact within this delicate ecosystem. ⠀
Since you’re not trying trying to get anywhere, even to the next step, it’s best to minimise opportunities for self-distraction. Walk the same path slowly, over and over. We don’t need for anything else.
It is wonderful enough just to be alive, to breathe in, and to make one step. ⠀
There is no arriving, other than continually arriving in the present moment.⠀
Keep your eyes soft, breathe naturally.
