Rehashing the past. Rehearsing the future.

The basic nature of the human mind is to dwell and analyse the past (conversations, events, actions) or rehearse a hypothetical future.

Meaning we’re often distracted, overwhelmed, tired and rarely living in the present moment. Our dominant thoughts create the life we’re currently living. See patterns in romantic relationships? Looking for a new job (again?), holding on to something from 10yrs ago, conversations, reoccurring illness (sore throat, digestive issues)...?

Meditation is a tool for you to move beyond the analytical mind so you can access your subconscious mind.

When you’ve been meditating for a while, you begin to own your thoughts and reactions to situations. You become really good at letting go.

And when you have the ability to let go, everything just flows! Que sera sera.
The power to control our thoughts is the key to a happy and healthy life. You begin to live your ‘dream’ life in the present.

You really understand how to enjoy yourself here. Right now, in this body, with what you have, at this moment in time.
